Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products damaged during shipping.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with proof of damage.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your proof of purchase (invoice) and clear pictures of the damaged product.

3. Refunds

  • 50% of the total retail price will be deducted for damage incurred during shipping as per policy. The other 50% will only be redeemable as store credit available for 10 days after confirmation of damage claim approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable.

5. Conditions for Return Approval

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper handling.
  • No returns will be accepted for minor imperfections such as slight color variations or small irregularities, which are natural characteristics of handcrafted pottery.

6. Final Disclaimer

  • Clay Biscuits reserves the right to deny returns if the damage claim is deemed invalid after inspection.
  • All decisions regarding returns and refunds are final.
