  • Terracotta products: For decorative purposes only, not suitable for use in microwaves, dishwashers, or exposure to extreme heat or water for extended periods.
  • Stoneware products: Food-grade, suitable for microwave, oven, and dishwasher use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Clay Biscuits reserves the right to update product descriptions or specifications without prior notice to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Confirmation:
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Clay Biscuits. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Customized and bulk orders require full details and specifications to be shared at the time of placing the order.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payment must be made in advance for all purchases unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment methods include online bank transfers and other secure payment systems. Details will be provided upon request.
  • For bulk orders, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance, and the remaining amount must be cleared before delivery.
• Cancellation Policy: Bulk or customized items orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping:
  • We ship nationwide via trusted delivery partners. Shipping charges will be added to the total order amount unless specified otherwise.
  • Clay Biscuits is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other external factors.
• Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and customization requirements.
• Responsibility for Products: Once the product is handed over to the delivery partner, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier service. We will assist in tracking the shipment but are not liable for delays.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Clay Biscuits is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance of our products.
• Terracotta and stoneware products require proper care and maintenance. Damage caused by negligence, accidents, or failure to follow usage instructions will not be covered under any liability.
• Clay Biscuits shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Collaborators, clients, and photographers must credit Clay Biscuits properly in any marketing, photography, or promotional material.

8. Customized Orders

• Custom orders are designed as per the client’s specifications. Clients are required to approve the design before production begins.
• No changes or modifications will be accepted once production has started.
• Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Variation margins are permissible on bulk orders.

9. Bulk Orders

• For bulk orders, payment terms, timelines, and specifications will be agreed upon in advance.
• Changes to bulk orders post-confirmation will not be accepted.
• Damaged items due to improper handling during bulk orders will not be replaced, and full payment will be charged.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or complaints must be reported in writing within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
• In the event of a dispute, Clay Biscuits reserves the right to make the final decision.
