Crystalline Green Serving Plate

Pools of turquoise bloom across the sage green face of this white clay serving plate, the result of a reactive crystalline glaze that grows its own spots and clouds in the kiln. Because the crystals form in the firing rather than by brush, no two plates ever come out alike, and the darker flecks add depth against the soft green. A quietly striking piece for serving or styling, where the glaze itself is the whole design.
