Fish Dip Dish

A tiny fish shaped dish in white clay, hand painted in mottled sky blue with a deep cobalt pool at the centre and a little tail pinched out at one end. The washy blue tones and pooled darker glaze give it a sea worn feel, and the fish form makes it a playful catch all. Just the right size for a dip, a pinch of salt, soy sauce, or rings and small bits on a dresser.
