Urdu Couplet Wall Plate

An Urdu couplet is hand lettered in cobalt blue across the cream centre of this terracotta wall plate, ringed by a turquoise band and a bold blue and white chain border. The verse, that the destination is reached even by those who wander, and only those who never set out are truly lost, is a much loved reflection on courage and setting out. Finished as a wall piece, a meaningful gift for a traveller, a graduate or anyone beginning something new.
