Yellow Pomegranate Table Lamp

Two hand painted terracotta pomegranates stack to form the body of this table lamp, set against a bright yellow ground and painted with blue and white blossoms, red seed clusters and trailing leaves in a Multani hand painting style. The forms rest on a dark round base and carry a plain drum shade that lets the colour below do the work. A bold statement lamp that lights a room and decorates it at the same time.
